I told him this call was being recorded by Merseyside police (white lie), he told me to put on my computer and tried to tell me to look for icons/apps (not sure). They purport to be from Car Phone Warehouse and are ringing to improve my deal and upgrade my phone. When I ask them where they got my details from they say they are working in collaboration with my current provider. Fraud Pretending to be HSBC. Knows name of recipient and informs them £600 is being transferred from your account overseas. Caller then tries to obtain your telephone banking security number by asking for the first "four" digits. This is followed by them saying it's not correct and wanting the last four digits. They then have your name, telephone number and security number and can empty your bank account
