this company is an ambulance chasing menace. register with the tps (including mobile numbers) and complain about them to get them investigated - it is now illegal for all but a few types of cold calls. if you still get calls after say two months complain to ofcom.

I ignore all calls coming into my landline number until the caller speaks. If no one speaks within a few seconds, I assume that I ve been called by an autodialler which is activated by the sound of my voice, and because I ve remained silent.... nothing happens, or I hang up. I then dial 1471 for the number and Google it. I never call any numbers they ve left for me to call. If they are too lazy to make any effort to contact me themselves.... then their call can t be that important!

Had the very same thing on this number 016188182004. Indian accent from a call centre, passed on to "manager". Told them them I knew what they were up to and that they were ringing from India. Don t give them any information and put the phone down.

Having received several calls on my works phone no. I finally decided to answer one. Sarah from ??? Pension Helpline (didn t catch the actual name), wanting to tell me about the pension freedom changes that came into force from April 2015. She soon lost interest when I told her that I d been in my current employer s pension scheme for 36+ years & I didn t have any other pension funds I could access.
