Recorded message purportedly from HMRC saying I was about to be sued

Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. I highly suspect this was a scam call.

Got an 'NHS' text from this number (why? I live 200 miles from Oswestry!) about my 'referral'. The text didn't mention my name or surgery so alarm bells rang. Obvious scam asking me to call back to 'discuss' my referral.

I gave my details to a Fake BBC New story on Facebook about trading software and this company keeps calling me. I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. They are looking for me to "activate my account and upload £200 on a debit/credit card".

Lowell debt collectors, even if you dont't have a debt with them and they have the wrong number they will still harass you.

SCAM Indian caller with poor English said they were from a company called Reclaim and a claim that I had made had been successful and they had £300 and something money ready to pay me. I told them I had no such claim and they had the wrong number and I hung up.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Claimed to be able to save me money on my mobile phone bill. Claimed originally to be from EE, but that isn't my provider, he then argued with me about my provider - he eventually hung up. I always keep them talking as much as possible to save the next poor victim.

Fraud SPAM SCAM gotten a call today while having a summer party. the second he heard my side has many voices, he hung up.

Fraud SCAM Fake text from Evri about a missed parcel and a link to get it re-delivered. Knew straight away this was fake as i have stuff delivered by them quite a lot. The tracking number in the text was too short (P91MV8M), Evri tracking numbers are 16 digits long.

I received a call from this number today (14.04.23) - did not pick up phone but they left a message, that there have been "unusual activites/transcation" on my card (not mentioned which one). They asked to press #1 to cancle these transactions or #2 to speak to a member of their support team. COMPLETE SCAM!

Telemarketer called and tried to sound like an independent insurance reviewer who wanted to make sure my life insurance doesnt lapse due to new legislation I tried to explicitly ask if they were a government body or private organisation and instead of giving me a clear answer he proceeded to say they are not trying to sell me anything and they work with all insurers and asked whether i had life insurance I asked for their website and was given httpwwwsearchlivecom basic webpage clearly spam
