Usual ask by name, newver confirm just ask who they were, Scottish sounding chap confirmed the Green Advisory Service. I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!
