rang me on my mobile told me my name, stated he was from an unaudiable ins company. Told me my address AND car registration No. Said I ahd been in an accident and was earmarked £1000. I told him I had not been in accident, asked who he was and his company, he hung up.

just received a call from 08000232588 caller identified himself as an agent for SKY, knew my current account type and monthly bill, also expiry date for my package tried to offer me a better deal to continue for another twelve mnths when my current package expires, I asked him to call back at amore convenient time. Possible scammer, woman with very strong Indian accent claimed she was calling from Sky to check my internet connection. She was very convincing and tried to get me to type in a code on my PC and that was when I knew it was a scam so I hung up. Be on your guard!
