SCAM - Claimed it was the National Crime Agency looking into fraudulant activity on my NI number, with the threat that HMRC would block it. Have checked with HMRC. It is a scam. Am assuming the phone number was faked in some way, as it's surprisingly close to my own.

Ambulance Chasers Calling about an accident 18 months ago. They said that it was possible to claim compensation without providing evidence to back it up (money for nothing) etc.... Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow.
