Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Received a phone call saying that he worked for windows and that a large number of logged reports of potential threats to my computer had been received by them and they were phoning to try and sort it out. Like the person before he gained access to my computer and said that windows defender was out of date and needed to be updated at a cost of £150. Total scam - do not even speak to these people.
Very annoying despite told the person not to call again( PPI) . Call almost every 2 days. Thinking of making a police report !

A man named Daryl Thatcher keeps calling on behalf of this company, CFS Financial, stating he needs to speak to our managing director regarding an Urgent financial matter We ve asked them to stop but they don t - I have now told them that if we get one more call we will be going to the police for harassment. I ll post again if it does go that far but hopefully they ll stop now.

This was a call from somebody purporting to be calling from the Times subscription department about a problem with my account. I was just suspicious and phoned the main Times newspaper subscription service number. They confirmed that the call from the Colchester number was genuine.
Did not answer, looked on here and will now block. Thanks!
