It is automated & even though I blocked then yesterday they seemed to have got through again today. No one speaks, just an automated message! Definitely think it's a scam!

Ignore this number. I ve never heard of Next Step Money but he asked for me by name so I asked him who he was. Told him I was not interested and hung up - no idea who they are and never heard of them before but 99% sure it s either a scammer or someone trying to steal my identity. Avoid talking to them

This was smart as I had last week mailed a parcel to Europe but I had it tracked so when I check my tracking number on the official royal mail website it said it had already been delivered.
