SCAM / SPAM HMRC calling for a fraud under my name. A recorded voice says ''you HAVE to press 1'' to speak with an operator. I didn't press 1 but I assume it's scam because it's not the first time I received a call like this.

Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

TAXES / HMRC told that my National Insurance number was compromised
SCAM ... Indian who told me my Visa card had an attempt made on it to transfer funds overseas, originating from Western Australia. Started asking me if I also did transactions on the computer or internet with my account. I asked him why he needed to know that and he hung up.
Three times today (8 June 2017) this number has rung me and when I answer the line goes dead.
