Everyone's saying this is from MyHeritage. I bought their DNA kit after reading, in a "Which" type comparative report, that they were the best. I paid my money (£49 + £12 p&p). Kit arrived from the USA, I returned the samples, had receipt acknowledged a few days later, waited the expected 4 weeks and got my ancestry analysis back. This number rang me, I answered and it was an automated message from Paypal saying that a rep was not available to talk to me and I was to ring them back!. What a cheek!, then the same number rings again but this time I answered they hung up without a sound or word spoken. So I give them a couple of missed calls to see if they will call me back, the number dials and rings, but they never call back. If they want to speak to me then they can pay for the call!, dumb fcukers.
