This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Has been phoning 3 times a day trying to sell life insurance. Told them I am not interested and as soon as I have asked how they got my number, or asked what company they are calling from they immediately hang up. Total time wasters. If you have Caller ID, don't even bother answering your phone!
