The guy just went straight into a script, no explanation of why he was calling or what the company were about. I put the phone down, "Grants" and Windows were mentioned.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

Called me to try get my business on top pages of google for certain searches... 17 mins later he got off the phone after politly saying no thanks for a number of times! Talks a lot, and if you call back, call on a witheld number as they can see your number when you call then back to see who it was/ how you can help etc!!

I've been getting at least 2 calls a day from these numbers that are one digit less than UK mobile numbers. I have let them all ring off, then blocked them but just get slightly different ones every day. Very annoying.

Person called Jack Wells called my elderly parents and tried to sell them a plug in box to stop unwanted phone calls. He had the correct details for them and their address! He asked for all bank details, sort code, acc. number and a password. Luckily they are not that stupid!!

Fraud - called in 3 quick successive calls.
This number called me today - unsolicited - and asked me who I am. I asked who they are, and again they wanted to know who they were speaking to. They eventually said their name was either Raj or Rash. I said I don't know them, then hung up.
Asked how many phones in business. How many workers. Asked something else but reception was busy so I ended call.
