I have stopped answering calls altogether unless my telephone indicates caller s identity because the number of harassment calls has got worse. Recently I told O.V.O. I wanted to change my tariff to a single rate to replace Economy Seven. That should not require a new meter but they insisted they would only co-operate if I agreed to having a smart meter, which I decided against a long time ago after getting advice. This number has tried to call me several times over the past couple of weeks. No voice mail left, just a text to say I have missed a call. I tried to call the number back as have been waiting to find out about a job I applied for. When I called the number nothing happens, no dialling tone, just disconnects straight away :(!!
