Telemarketing - Glow Green Ltd. They sell boilers at 0% finance. The catch? The prices they charge for the boilers are inflated so they don't need to apply any finance charges. Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.
