I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. A young girl called Alisa, sYing she had information that I had caused a traffic collision, which is ridiculous, she argued that she had been given information detailing my involvement is a road traffic collision , she was argumentative, I hung up as she refused to listen to my words, trying to explain that I did not have a car, nir had I ever been involved in any type of car accident, and as a non driver, how could I be responsible for a car accident?
