Just had a very strange phone call to my mobile from 1135181884 a Leeds number telling me he was sending me 10 free goes on the national lottery, I asked what the catch was he said none . Said shall we send them to Slaithwaite Road I said yes then he said have a nice day . Has anyone else had this it is very odd. I wonder if I have agreed to some sort of scam

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. When I refused, he assured me it was ok and asked me to type other commands. Through this site I lost control of the mouse and he downloaded files from my PC. At the end of the download the

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.

I had this number, and all i do is turn my landline on silent and only use it as a one way call, and if someone gives you a rough time of calling you, you will see the light go on when they are calling or use the landline as a one way, calling out and your mobile to take calls, you can get phones that block numbers, and only let the ones you want through. Very pushy salesman re replacement windows quoting something about a scappage scheme for windows installed pre 2012. Told him house was built in 2015 so I wasn t interested but he wouldn t accept this as a reason to decline. Still talking as I ended the call. Now blocked.

No voicemail left - when I returned the call it just said I was called today by Specialist Cars - part of the John Clark group and that no member of the team was available to take my call.

Persistant junk calls from Orange. Call several times per day but never leave a message. Answer the phone with hello & then leave them hanging when they ve started their spiel. That way you waste their time too.

They leave a high premium number to contact them. I was charged ?1.79 just for 8 secs. Report this number to the authorities if possible.

I took this call for my employer his lordship, the caller did not leave their details so did not pass on the callers request they asked whom I was told them I was his Lordships butler and the caller just kept saying the same word over sounded like oh or why could not make out the callers voice I was told to just hang up to which I did, I would advise anyone to do the same action.
