I received a call from this number and I knew there was something odd about it as when I said I do not have a mobile or lap top the phone went dead and I rang the number back guess what no answer the number was traced to manchester area
Just had a call from this number, saying they were from the Debt Support Group and that I was due to reduce my outstanding payments on my debt!! When I told them that they were incorrect as I had no debt and I asked where they got my details from, they put the phone down. It really annoys me that these people have not got the decency to tell you where they received the information and give you the chance to ask them to remove your details from their database. Grrrrr!!!!

I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. Been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for a couple of weeks now, only rings once or twice then most times when you answer it hangs up! One occasion I did answer and the Liverpudlian lady at the other end was extremely rude and actually said to me "I don t know who you think you re talking to" when I said I wasn t answering her questions about a car accident!

AO.com are one of not the cheapest supplier of domestic electrical goods. there is a reason for that. Two weeks after delivery I am still getting calls (even though I told them no) to try and sell you an extended warranty policy.... sent messages back basically tell them to get lost and stop calling... and yet the continue to call.

Also on YELL.com the phone number appears to belong to Your Claim Lawyers 120 Bark St, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 2AX.
Missed call - Would say is unsolicited call. Did not recognise the number. When looked up it’s not connected to any company, personally I’m not waiting for a phone a call from Manchester as I’m from a different area in the UK. No reason call me and no voicemail or message left. Saw on different website it would cost to call back.

Another scamy company from manchester. Usually calls asking for Emily or Emily smith (had other calls from other northern based numbers asking for the same person . They are all phising for info via PPI, survey, selling newspaper subscriptions, new fuel contracts or telephone contracts. All scams!
