Calls everyday at least twice - I have blocked them on my phone, finally, but I still get alerts to tell me when they ve tried to call - When I answered 3 weeks ago they hung up straight away. Do not understand this in the least and should be avoided by all costs - If you have an Android, get Truecaller - You can see the company name and have the option to block individual callers and register them as spam

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. This number calls me daily claiming to be bank security an automated voice tells me I have made a purchase from Amazon for £300 and a money transfer for over £1000 which I know isn't true as I don't have that amount in my account so I believe it to be a scam

They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.
