I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. First they rang home number. We have call screening so not a problem. As soon as called rejected they called my mobile number. Both phones are registered with TPS so shouldn t happen

Dont know who called as I do not recognise the mobile number and didnt answer it possibly an Amazon or HMRC scam as ive had both of those recently from mobile numbers and as no message was left.
