Call claimed to be from cavity wall insulation company suggesting they are surveying houses to remove insulation where it is causing damp. They asked vague questions I.e “Are you the home owner?”. When I asked a question response didn’t match my question or make sense as a response.

I asked where he was calling from but couldn’t understand what he said, put him on loudspeaker and asked again and no one in my office could understand what he said? Foreign speaking lady asked to speak to my father by name, informed her he died 16yrs ago. She continued talking about shares he had etc. I asked her to send me details and how she got my phone No. She said it wasn’t possibly because she has hundred of people on her books. Didn’t catch how she got my number, but she also knew my address. Think it is a scam. How low can they stoop.
