Had missed call from this number - no message left.
Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.

SCAM. I have listed this number as scam because the loction pic is the same as several calls I have had from that area. They never leave a message and kill the call as soon as the answer message starts. Any genuine caller would start to leave a message in my view.

An automated call to my landline that eventually stated it was calling from Amazon about Amazon Prime and about to cancel account and to press "1" to talk about it. As I had to say "hello" several times before the machine sprung into action I was suspicious and hung up. The number has no international prefix or area code and Amazon do not have my landline number.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message. I checked on this site to see who they were, so when the same number rang again at 7.20pm I answered (to wind them up!). A very polite sounding chap with an Indian (or similar) accent explained that he was carrying out a survey for ???????? (illegible) and asked me to confirm that my telephone number was ********** (which was obviously correct as he d just rung it!). He then asked me to confirm that my name

This number calls but does not speak. Then when you end the call, they call again but withhold the number.
Recorded message saying it's HMRC telling that you have been named in a tax fraud case and if you don't press 1 immediately you will be arrested. Hang up, block the number and wait a very long time for someone to come and feel your collar. Pathetic examples of humanity operating these scams.

DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.
