I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. A few days later the old phone reported a missed call and a text message. The message was just this number. I didn t call it back.
As usual the dirty filthy packies have changed their number again, they basically call you, tell you your pc is fucked which how could they low? Seriously! If you fall for this your deserve it! Called to speak to someone else. Told him no-one of that name ever lived here, and I considered his call to be a nuisance call. He then had the audacity to try a sales pitch! Slammed receiver down. Call is a recorded message claiming that taxed is owed to the HMRC, but no name/address or other details are given as to who the call is intended for and that if you don't press 1 to be connected to an advisor immediately, then "a warrant will be issued and you will be arrested" - clearly a phishing scam, as even if HMRC notified people about outstanding tax owed by pre-recorded telephone message (they don't), they certainly don't threaten arrest via recorded message and they usually tend
