Churchill Car Insurance - Customer Service response using 60253 Short Text number, is charged by all U.K. Providers - Churchill don’t advise that this is the case. Very wrong in my opinion they need to change immediately it’s upsetting a lot of their customers.
Utility provider that supposedly specialises in smart meters.... missed numerous calls from them for around two weeks. Answered today offering information on switching, when I declined and asked for my number to be removed from their database they decided to argue with me about why I did not want to switch. Rude and Strange. I don’t think it is even a legitimate company. Be wary!

He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. An automated message telling me it is from the Fraud agency and that my NI has been used in illegal activities, I do need to get in contact before I get arrested. Voice told me to press '1' I have not. I would expect a more direct and personal approach. I hope I am right

My wife answered the phone, and an apparently recorded message said that there was a suspicious transaction involving a £300 bill from Amazon which had not been paid. Then she was asked to press some number at which point she ended the call. I found the callers number by using 1471. The call appears to be a scam.
