I had dealings with retail merchant services last year. Their salesman lied about contracts and fees and altered paperwork after I had signed it. It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again. Google retail merchant services complaints and then stay well clear.

The man on the other end of the line had a rather heavy accent, saying that this was in reference to the call I had with his colleague the past week about an unsecured loan. These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really?
