5-6 calls a day from them asked to speak to manager get number blocked apparently blocked within one hour which was a lie next day rang me again 5 times so rude aswell when u ask to speak to manager they cut me off

Phone rang for 5 seconds then rang off. Probably an automated spam call.

First Call Group are an insurance company, that appear to be more geared towards PPI. I ignore their calls.

Left two messages and asked to speak to a relation that has never lived here. I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. When I asked them to spell their company name, they but when I also asked to give me their company registration number, they told me to "F... off" and put the phone down. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!
