The guy just went straight into a script, no explanation of why he was calling or what the company were about. I put the phone down, "Grants" and Windows were mentioned.
"James Brown" from Belfast with a thick indian accent and didn t know the address of the company he worked for trying to push a "Government" boiler scheme. Total scam!

SCAM 01614303899 called me at 08:45 left it ringing until the call screening kicked in and they hung up straight away - probably someone else answered the mass calling device that was probably doing the dialling and the called tried to engage that poor unsuspecting victim. Typical nuisance call.

I received a text on this number claiming that I had missed a delivery from Fedex. The website address I was supposed to link to looked suspicious and when I checked online didn't match anything on the official Fedex site. Since I am not expecting a delivery I assume that this is a scam.
Gentleman with a northern accent claiming to be our towns child safety officer Telling us how we'd signed up to a child safety booklet to go to our local schools. As he couldn't pronounce the names of the schools correctly that didn't really help his cause Told him we'd never spoken before to which he quickly replied "ah right ok leave it with me" and then promptly hung up

Got a missed call from 01204238003. Called back of curiosity, and got an actual answer: Me: "You called this number" Drone: "Hi! We are a company called HYC. We want to find out if you are eligible for a Payment Protection Insurance claim..."... Me: "Sorry, did you say you were dealing with Payment Protection claims??" Drone: "Yes that s right, and...." got a text from this number saying my account with Natwest has been locked, I am not with Natwest and it also links to a website. the website it links to domain was created 17 hours ago with a low traffic volume a bit weird for Natwest. Don't you think? I would avoid this link and if you are really worried call up Natwest on their official number.
