An automated message comes up saying the call is from HM Revenue & Customs, gives you a case file number, and says if you ignore the call, you will face legal applications. Then asks you to press 1 to speak to an adviser. The advisor distantly says she is calling from the HMRC and asks for your name. When I asked her where are you calling from again, she hung up.
This is for a travel agent called Tropical Sky. It was a legitimate call in my case.
Left an automated answer phone message saying there was a warrant for my arrest and I should press One to prevent it going to the Courthouse.
Been called several times and the caller just hangs up WHAT is this all about and what are they getting from it I wonder if you call back you will be charged an excessive amount

Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules. Trying to sell mobile service and had peoples details that had left the company. Avoid at all costs as probably bought stolen data to make contact.
Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language. Calls 4 and 5 were silent but I could hear the same people in the background.
