Have received 3 calls this week from other numbers starting 0161 to my mobile, and nw this one. They all only rang a couple of times, not long enough to look at the number and decide if I was going to answer or not, before the caller hung up. Having read the comments, I have now blocked both numbers.
Immediately hang up without saying anything
answered phone when this number rang but who ever is on the other end they just put the phone down straight the way .So don't bother answering it .
