Click or call 22215 to hear this message at your normal call rate." which all seems very scammy. The number 22215 was linked so I wouldn't say its safe to click it. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036349xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, Claims Company, insurance marketing, RTA. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

This is a genuine number from the Coop Bank Anti-Fraud department. Was sceptical when I got a text from them so I rang the bank’s number that I know is correct and it was all true. Over £200 had been taken from my card but £82 has been returned and the balance of it has been stopped. Excellent service from the Coop.

The main website gives the contact telephone number 01133 203040, while the information or lack thereof, on Companies House website is interesting. Definitely suspicious, probably fraudulent. Be extremely cautious. SMS messaging to landlines is a relatively new feature and used, for example, by some telephone engineers to confirm appointments/arrival time. Their employers no longer permit voice calls!
