I called back the number after obtaining it from 1471 caller service the caller’s number was 0116-304-0838 which I called back and challenged the validity of the caller who stated he was from

Said they were SKY, and knew i was ViP customer trying to offer a better deal. I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.
