So he took all my details and then passed me through to a colleague who then went through all the same questions again to confirm the details and that I was to sign the forms

This number calls me at least once a day and although I never answer, it has become a total pain in the a*se. Therefore my recommendation is to ignore it.

Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. Same call the next day!.
