Rude. Caller asked for my daughter. I said she was at work. He said he would call later. I said I doubt you will get her as she works late. He had the cheek to tell me rather nastily that I shouldn t be rude, and that he would call back anyway. Number has called again whilst I have been out. If he calls again today I shall make sure I actually am RUDE next time!

Caller said was calling from our Head Office whose phone lines were down and could I connect to external line - 0907 1267755 - quick check with HO their phones were working went back to David to advise unable to connect.
