Scammer - picks a common name (like Julie) and if you know one (as I do) they pretend Julie has a new number and tell you to delete the old number. Then they ask you to send the details i.e. names and numbers of everyone you both know - so they can be scammed (and they will as the scammers will then have names. I sent them details of Mickey Mouse, Donald Trump and the Queen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS OUT

All you need to know is that they are scammers who try to target people claiming that they can unlock your pension (for a large fee of course). They are NOT authorised by ANY government body. You are at liberty to mess around with them, (if you so wish) swear at them, call them any name you desire and generally piss them off. Calling regarding a car accident I had. Tricked me into believing they were part of my insurance company. Next thing I know I've been transferred to slater Gordon to make a claim!
