I did not catch the name of the company but they reported Ihad been in an RTA and asked me to confirm. I asked them to confirm the date and they refused so I explained that I had short term memory loss and they would have to remind me when it happened. They put the phone down!!

Suspected tax scam. Automated voice told me that HMRC have a tax fraud case against me and to press 1 to be connected to an HMRC inspector. I hung up and reported to HMRC.

These guys are a chartered accounts firm called renatas. they call and sound official in regards to business rate relief they make out like they are calling on behalf of the council and you need to take there service. stay away as you can get a rates relief by calling the council yourself. don t trust these cowboys.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. Also called me up to 12 times a day from number 01253271789. As other victims have reported sometimes they put the phone down when you answer, sometimes they ask for you by name and when you answer put the phone down. Why???? what is the point? Finally once when I called them back I got to speak to a supervisor called Stuart who has promised to stop the calls - we ll see......
