Called back and they wanted my first name which I didn't give as they already have my surname and phone number. Got swore at and called a **** by the call handler with no reason! I knew it was fraud when he said I need you first name ! desperation in his voice !!!!

Close your browser and then run a full Malware/Anti-virus scan, just in case. Why aren't Ofcom dealing with these scams? They have a duty a care and this is absolutely illegal.
