MOT reminder! In principle that is a good idea, but I have repeat missed calls at least 2 a day, when the phone never actually rings just leaves a missed call message with the 0345 number! Do they expect me to call them to find out why they called. If it is MOT reminder, just text me don t repeat call, that is aggressive advertising!

Interesting, hung up before i answered, but i did have a call from a water machine company this morning....
This is an automated call claiming to be from Her Majesty’s Government claiming that a tax fraud exists in the recipient’s name.
Claimed to be from the National Crime Agency threatening to suspend my National Insurance number, take control of my assets and arrest me and to press 1 to speak to an officer (which obviously I didn't)
Just had a call from this number , picked up and it got cut off. Who is this -

This number appears on an email meant to be from Bitdefender auto renewal. With a £109.15 acknowledgment and a fake account number Order 130852058. It actually comes from a gmail address. Please don’t phone it!
This sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be from my internet provider regarding faults on my line. Clearly a scam as he hesitated quite a bit when i asked who he was calling from. The number is not recognised if you re-dial it,
Selling mobiles, delay in replies suggested not UK based.
Attempted fraud, hang up.

recorded message "problem with broadband, being disconnected in 24 hours, press option 1 to speak to supervisor." This is probably a premium charged connection if you press 1, but unsure. Be aware, probably a Scam call.

Had a spoof call from this phone number gone midnight
Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Call terminated by caller
