These calls are coming from prankdial uk. I went in their website and theres an option to block your number from further prank calls. For the people saying the guy was swearing he wasnt . Just saying it s bad enough without saying things were said which wernt you can listen to the pranks on their website before you send the prank. Whoever did this to me and others can listen to the reaction when they call you.
Fake internet 'problems' caller, bright breezy initial recording, that tells you that they know why your internet keeps disconnecting and can help you. Just hang up. Potentially dangerous.

This is a landline from Chippenham where we have family, got worried with an early in the morning phone call. Rang all family and they did not call so un-necessary calls to make sure not an emergency. Caller identified himself as energy savings company in Great Yarmouth, and asked if I was home owner. I told him I d had a call from them a week ago and had said I wasn t interested in solar panels. He then tried to interest me in energy savings from govt scheme for new efficient boilers. Repeatedly offered me a free evaluation which I declined, then he hung up (politely) when he saw he wasn t persuading me.

As other victims have reported sometimes they put the phone down when you answer, sometimes they ask for you by name and when you answer put the phone down. Why???? what is the point? Finally once when I called them back I got to speak to a supervisor called Stuart who has promised to stop the calls - we ll see......
