The PEST is: Domestic & General :( They are a cold-calling pest phishing for new Loft Insulation contracts. I have automated calls on a daily basis for 2 months now - 3 rings and they hang up - never leaving a message. I wish the government would provide the regulators with some teeth to prosecute all these highly persistent phone pests making MULTIPLE nuisance calls. I changed my number relatively recently to avoid this, and I m ex-directory and I ve "opted out" so they should check before they call.

Very rude, called me and said I was in debt , I asked where they got information and they hung up on me saying forget it not worth it then verbal abuse before hanging up.
They keep calling & I ignore them - let them waste their time. If I did choose to answer I would be abusive without hesitation & hang up.

Then the new guy answered and said I had come through to him as I was looking for compensation. he then proceeded to tell me I had rejected a payout offer from my recent car accident and he was part of the team to make sure I get compensation, I fell straight into the trap and gave him a fair few details he then sent an email asking for an E signature. Claimed to be calling from BT about my internet - even though BT is not my internet provider, she claimed BT provided the infrastructure (but did not mention openreach). Claimed my computer was creating security alerts every time I logged on but she cut the call as soon as I asked what my IP address was. Clearly fraudulent

I am 77 waiting for an operation, the rang line rang at about 1600hrs today, but by the time I got to it, it had gone to answer phone, they hung up. I did a 1471 to find out ...
A man called who said he was Vodafone and then EE and offered me an outrageous deal of essentially free minutes, free data and free texts for £6 per month. I checked the vodafone website and the closest deal was £33. I suspect that this is a scam and will report.
SCAM Message device called me saying "I am suspected of Tax Fraud" and that "if I don't press 1 I will be arrested shortly."
SCAM - the guy said he was from a company called MEH. He said there was potentially something wrong with my life insurance cover which could stop me from being paid out. I asked him what life insurance cober and he hung up. Obviously a scammer BEWARE!!!
