Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I have just been called by this lot tonight and offered a ?2000 rebate as I d paid my council tax on time for several years!!! She asked how I d like to recieve my money and I asked for a cheque which I knew would be legit if she did but she asked me to ring the number and talk to her boss but it had to be immediate. I didnt ring back.

Person called Jack Wells called my elderly parents and tried to sell them a plug in box to stop unwanted phone calls. He had the correct details for them and their address! He asked for all bank details, sort code, acc. number and a password. Luckily they are not that stupid!!

Like others used Anglian in the past. They call every month from different numbers even when you tell them you don?t want anything. They came round last week because ?they were in the area?. Very annoying. They sound desperate and for that I?m sad.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

Called on mobile from this number, tried calling back to find that all lines are busy ! No idea who it is or purpose of call.
