SCAM / SPAM - calling me asking to renew my Amazon prime (I dont have one) account asking me to access to a website that wasn't Amazon.
Possible scammer, woman with very strong Indian accent claimed she was calling from Sky to check my internet connection. She was very convincing and tried to get me to type in a code on my PC and that was when I knew it was a scam so I hung up. Be on your guard!

SCAM Text message received from this number claiming to be HSBC stating that I had added a new payee at a specific time and date and to follow link if it was not me. I do not bank with HSBC
Phone rang, I picked it up, voice garbled something as these people always do to introduce themselves. Of course I could not make out one word of it. I said "Mumble that again in English." he said, "pardon, So I said very slowly and deliberately as if talking to a two year old "Mumble that again in English." He then put the phone down. This is Warner marketing company. Line stayed silent but called back and the message stated Warner and that it was regarding taking part in a marketing survey.
I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. He rang from this number 2 days later and came out with the same nonsense. He said he was Roger. I hung up and complained to SSE.
