All you need to know is that they are scammers who try to target people claiming that they can unlock your pension (for a large fee of course). They are NOT authorised by ANY government body. You are at liberty to mess around with them, (if you so wish) swear at them, call them any name you desire and generally piss them off. There is NOTHING they can do about it as they are harassing YOU by cold calling you. Personally I enjoy tearing the person who calls me a new one, without giving him/her the chance to

Based in Ireland. Phoned me twice. I phoned back. No response. I kept up the annoying call backs until it said 'line busy'. Then I rang them again. Amazingly, no response yet again. So of course, I tried them again. Unfortunately, 'line busy'. So I politely waited 5 minutes before I phoned them again. Alas, no response. So I'm currently waiting half an hour. I feel bad for them.
