Silent call The owners of this number need to learn how to use an autodialler properly. Twice today (so far) I've picked up phone to silence at the other end. Whatever they're selling, I'd be reluctant to buy from a company that makes silent calls because they can't set up an autodialler correctly. Clue: You need people at YOUR end to speak to those who pick up. Amateurs!

Claimed to be from HMRC about my National Insurance number and to say that my number has been involved in fraudulent activity and that they we're suspending my NI number and to press 1 to speak with an officer. I will report this to HMRC and the police action fraud website. Yawn - another cold call from someone whose services I have no interest in. And another cold call from someone when I m on TPS. If I had the patience, I d report the lot of them for breaking the law, but then I d be spending all my time filling in forms with the ombudsman.

I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. I have never been in dept nor I never want any help from any dept lenders.
