Text message (scam) claiming to be BPO (a real debt collection agency used by BT) on behalf of BT. Needs you to urgently text a number for a call back.
These mugs keep phoning and hanging up! i answered because I like to wind them up, the guy on the other end of the phone, called me by my 7 year old sons name saying I have outstanding PPI claim!!!! not impressed and asked to speak to a manager Tom came on the line (voice sounded the same) and proceeded to get my surname wrong!! fucking waste of time money and effort

I know great hospital etc. In the end I didnt donate because i am not in the position to financially, otherwise he nearly had me there. Other threads on the net suggest that this was a hoax. While I was unavailable this number called. Not at first recognising it, I was about to return the call out of courtesy. Then I checked, and realised it was the p.p.i. criminals yet again. They must be pestering thousands in this way for their own selfish gain. I will breathe a sigh of relief when they are prosecuted.

Scam call from HMRC. Caller message is in an American accent and when you call back its an offshore rather than UK dial tone and they answer as HMRC - clearly a scam of some sort and not a very convincing one. Caller blocked but beware!!!

I believe this number is being used by scam callers. I received a text inviting me to call back, purporting to be from HSBC about a potential fraudulent payment. I would suggest that any recipient ignores any calls or texts from this number. Since it is a premium number any return calls will be outside normal free call packages. HSBC always use free call numbers if they request someone to call back.
Calls at least twice per day - never leaves any message. When I try ringback - I just get music. Very annoying.

Indian Call Center, 02088943604, in your ear kind of call about mobile phone deals, told her not interested, asked her to remove my number from the list and she hung up, before I hunged up. Lesson Learned simply hang up on them. About time the governments and phone operators stopped these kind of calls, SPAMS and FRAUD are No.1 crimes.
