Unknown caller. Definitely suspicious, probably fraudulent call. Message in American voice from this number invites caller to contact a US number concerning supposed lottery win. Obtained this number via 1471. When called there is a BT message: - "The number you have dialed has not been recognised. Please check and dial again."

This number called - I picked up the phone but did not speak. After 5 seconds the call was ended. I searched for the number and found reference to it on funnumber.in which has been mentioned against other numbers on this site. I suspect the call was spoofing the number and would have been one of the standard microsoft/openreach scams if I had spoken to one of their operators.

PaymentShield Harassment Calls Warrington Area Code 01925598604. This harassing company called PaymentShield calls me at least 3 to 4 times a day between 12:00 to 16:00. Do not give them your DOB or any other details, apparently it may be a scammer watch out. Someone who rang me without warning who I have never called before and was incredibly aggressive and swore at me
recorded message claimed my internet will be disconnected in 24-48 hours due to unauthorised activities. Press one to speak to advisor. they Jam my phone line, so when I put phone down and try to block the last number. they ring thru to an advisor claiming to be Peter from Openreach. I put the phone down again, and they still on the call when I retry within 10sec.
Trying to suggest that they are BT and telling you that your neighbours are using your internet connections. Very clearly a scam
