Apparently an energy company, trying to arrange a survey for new loft insulation. As soon as they realised I fell outside their target age bracket of 50-80 or 80+ they hung up.
Called my mobile regarding an accident I had that was not my fault. Asked where got info from & she said National Accident Statistics. Said info is wrong not had accident fault or non fault as don t even drive & she said will removed my name from their database - but I doubt she will though

I just hung up as soon as I got the 'how are you today?' spiel. Obviously some kind of compensation claim service - probably industrial injuries
up to 2 calls a day, for a couple of weeks so far. Im aboard so not answering
SCAM My wife received an automated call form this number to her mobile advising her that she would soon be arrested in connection with tax avoidance. The voice asked her to "press 1" to speak to someone about it. Clearly a scam of some sort.
I have now logged a total of 28 calls in the last month at all hours of the night and morning, same as previous replies to this post, just a nuisance, have now registered my landline to TPS and will lodge a complaint with them about this

I ve been getting calls from these scammers for close on 6 months now, quite often twice a day. I tried reporting them to BT s nuisance call bureau and they tried to sell me a phone that block international calls!!! It s strange how BT outsources a lot of it s services to India , (BT customer services, etc) and the scamming calls are also coming from India? I ve even had one of these scammers say he was with BT Internet, instead of the usual "I m from Windows services" or "I m from Microsoft Windows service

It is one of those days.....I have had three of these calls in one morning when exceptionally busy. Criminals make up these numbers - all fake and nearly always different - to call me to try to persuade me to fall for their story that there is something wrong with my computer or internet connection. Their aim is to persuade me to believe their lies and allow them to infect it with something that would be very serious if I fell for their story that they represent Talk Talk or B.T. It varies. Fraud says they were from BT and i had issues with my internet where someone had gained access and the IP address was being used in different place.
