SCAM. Probably from the same source as 1656737322, a call to my landline. The well spoken, but recorded voice, told me that two suspicious transactions had been noted on my account (no introduction as to who she represented) and that I should take one of two actions. Either press "1" to cancel them or "2" to speak to a service advisor. I left the call open for ten minutes but there was no further communication from the caller. Why Bridgend exchange? I have no idea.

Continually calling my mobile, claiming to be SC Legal based in Manchester, but number showing in my caller display (01444) is area code for Haywards Heath, West Sussex. These numbers from 2800-2900 are a call centre acting on behalf of various companies chasing accounts, as soon as you confirm your details they hang up and pass the info to the company you owe and then the company harass you as they know its your number

SCAM - This number rang saying they were from Sky Security and tried to get me to change my router / wifi information. Nothing had been reported by me. Mentioned how someone was using a VPN to get access to my network. This is not how VPNs work. Would not give a number out. Used 1471 to find this and check to see if it was related to Sky. Apparently just another scam.

Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back.
