The clue is in the number. Apart from inner city London, when last I looked, all UK numbers begin with 01. Clive, Peter, Brian Stephen etc are NOT popular names in India as these people would have you believe. The bottom line is a simple one, if you don’t recognise the number, don’t answer. This must be some call centre, 2 similar numbers called me during my work time - not able to answer it, called one of them back and - number doesn't exist, so very likely one-way gateway of some call centre for outgoing calls only. Beware.
