SCAM Advised trying to sell life insurance, got my information from Marketing Department, advised they knew my name but did not address me with my name and when I asked what other personal information they had for me, and where they had got it from, they hung up. This phone number is from a fraud caller claiming to be FRANK GALLO SOLICITORS. They continued to explain how I have debt that is from companies who miss-sold credit. It was very convincing, and I didn't have any immediate concerns. They had details of a previous debt I owed and then reeled off some "bogus" loads I have never had. I received an unexpected call from 020 8058 1673. Upon answering I heard a robotic voice (female) saying 'Goodbye' and the line went dead. With all the incidents of spyware and viruses being deployed via a call, this is rather alarming. Please be careful. Do not answer this Automated call number.

Said they were from BT and phoning about my Internet. When I said I didn't have Internet with them they called me a 'funking liar'.

SCAM Call center Purported to be from British Gas. I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me because of a strong accent, but he was suggesting a problem with my boiler thermostat? Then went on to talk about a maintenance contract to cover the boiler, radiators and electrical supply. I queried several times about his genuine employment by British Gas and he finally hung up the phone.

SPAM - Welsh man from call centre said he was from Protective Life (or something) told him I wasn't interested and to take me off his list.
