SCAM - claiming to be David from "Tenants Welfare Association" in Manchester. He folded under questioning and hung up.
Allegedly from Hermes trying to get me to arrange a delivery. This is a SCAM and the fourth number I have had with the same message in the past 24 hours

I was reciving calls from this number and was confused when i saw it was a london chippy. I phoned them and spoke to them apparently someone is using their number to phone people they don't phone people themselves. If you receive a call from this number it is not the chippy staff calling you so be aware.
