Like normal people do. Because they want to catch me unawares, on the hop as it were, to get their greasy foot in the door while I m flustered. Scammers!!!! They called my grandmother regarding a PPI claim, telling her in order to claim she would need to put £400 on a travel card (this was their agency 'commission' apparently), and they would come to her home (beware, they already knew her address) to exchange the travel card for her "PPI compensation cheque". Thankfully we've taught her well and she called me first to ask if I thought it was a scam.
This number is on a list of "available" SIM numbers on a Vietnamese web site. It would appear to be very suspicious and best avoided.

I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not.
